Pinnacle Promotions is in search of a polished, energetic, sales-minded person to step into an Account Coordinator position in our sales department. An ideal candidate for this role is one who seeks responsibility, is self-motivated, confident & expects to be held to a high standard of performance. This is an entry-level sales support position, however, 1-3 years of prior successful sales related experience is a plus.

We are looking for an individual who is a team player, highly organized, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. A strong sense of urgency & ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment is key to success. Primary role will be to assist and support a Sales Account Manager in all facets of the sales process. Promotion to Account Management or other sales related position once trained and experienced is the natural progression from this role. Previous promotional product (ASI / PPAI) industry experience is a bonus.
Position Responsibilities:
- Accurate step-by-step completion & follow through of all assigned open order objectives, from confirmation to delivery.
- Assist Account Manager in various tasks related to sales, such as product sourcing, idea generation, client development, quotes, etc.
- Thorough & daily communication with vendors & Account Managers to ensure open orders proceed & deliver as scheduled.
- Disciplined completion of daily & weekly order reports.
- Ability to navigate client and answer questions regarding products & services on company website.
- Creating, purchasing & tracking sample orders.
- Active participation in weekly team meetings & training sessions.
Candidates Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize deadline driven tasks.
- Self-motivated to exceed team sales goals & build client relationships.
- Computer Skills: Mac, Excel, Word, general database understanding.
