JOB DESCRIPTION:
Pinnacle Promotions, one of the nation’s fastest growing promotional marketing agencies, is in search of a Director of Inside Sales based in Atlanta, GA. This position will be responsible for leading and growing our web sales business. The ideal candidate will have extensive previous experience with online or inside sales, preferably at a large online retailer or sales-based call center; have strong analytic skills; experience managing a large sales team; and a proven record of growing an inside sales or B2B team. The candidate must be able to create and teach a consultative selling style to various different personality types, while being able to continually deliver aggressive sales targets.

Position Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Manage web-based sales team of approximately 20 people, including ensuring overall revenue, daily sales flow, training and mentoring account managers and coordinators, approving large quotes
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to large inside sales team
- Define key metrics for operational processes to increase sales and understand market trends
- Create effective reports using our CRM system including sales forecasting, pipeline development and goal creation
- Create and deliver sales training to continue to build strengths within the team, including a consistent sales approach
- Develop, grow and utilize the unique talents of a highly motivated and competitive sales staff in a positive, entrepreneurial work environment
- Meet and exceed new business revenue goals for the department
- General understanding of online approach, positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, SEO strategy, PPC, e-Commerce best practices
- Translate the vision of our web sales business into specific recommendations that increase business performance and leads
Professional & Personal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 7+ years sales experience, formal sales training a plus
- A minimum of 5+ years as a people leader in a large sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to grow and expand a sales team
- Strong understanding of best practices associated with B2B sales
- Extensive CRM experience, specifically in Salesforce
- Experience leading and motivating teams, and a strong sense of personal initiative
- Outstanding interpersonal and team building skills
- High energy, self-starter who is passionate about achieving aggressive growth targets
- Ability to formulate, present, and implement tactical selling plans and business reviews to internal management
- Ability to provide clear direction and guidance to staff to gather necessary data and to propose and implement the right solution

- Create strategic vision for New Business Development team and implementation through growth including market demographics, account development, sales strategies, and account segmentation
- Develop and deliver sales action plans with key strategies, objectives and targets to increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts

Professional & Personal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 10+ years sales experience, formal sales training a plus, new business development experience preferred
- A minimum of 5+ years as a people leader in a large sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to grow and expand a sales team
- Demonstrated, quantifiable ability to generate new sales prospects and secure new business and maintain and expand existing clients
- Ability to formulate, present, and implement tactical selling plans, sales metrics, and business reviews to both prospects/customers and internal management

- Self starter – requires the proactive exercise of judgment and action and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fortune 1000 client experience a plus
- Ability to pitch various levels of leadership including C-level leaders through managers
- Previous experience in ASI industry a plus

- Maintain and execute an ongoing pro-active client retention and development marketing strategy.
- Actively participate in Account Manager team meetings, including conducting peer-to-peer training presentations.
Candidates Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree required.
*ASI/PPAI industry sales experience desired but not mandatory.
*3+ Years of B2B Sales success. Fortune 500 or C-Level sales is a plus.
*CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
*Continuing education or corporate sales training is a plus.
*Computer Skills: Mac, Excel, Word. Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
