Dictionary.com defines basic as, “of, pertaining to, or forming a base; fundamental,” as in “a basic principle; the basic ingredient,” or, of course, a basic logo tote bag (side-note - if I were writing a formal report I probably would have opted to quote Merriam-Webster but as this is an online description I figured the world’s largest online word source would be more fitting). When it comes to promotional bags, logo tote bags can arguably be deemed the most basic of them all – generally consisting of a few swatches of fabric with two attached handles – a bag in such a form that is the most simple, fundamental or, shall we say, basic. In today’s world of excess it seems that we are always asking for more than just basic. We want things bigger, faster, fancier and with all the ostensible bells and whistles, which in reality are merely non-essential features added simply for commercial appeal. Sometimes, however, I believe it is more suitable, nay more desirable, to revert back to that which is essential, that which can be encapsulated in the simplicity of the basic logo tote bag.

Now for the paragraph where I slightly contradict the aforementioned statement that we need to completely “go back to basics” and that we can find such so-called fundamentalism in the logo tote bag. The truth is that logo tote bags go beyond basic. Even those that seem to be so categorically basic at first glance are made of non-woven, coated water-resistant polypropylene (which means its eco-friendly, more lightweight and inexpensive than bags made of other materials, and easy to wipe clean due to the characteristics of its fabric) or have some other overtly complicated features like hidden interior pockets or an expandable zippered gusset. Not to mention the fact that purchasers get to choose from a bunch of different colors and other customization options for their bags, and can even check out basic custom cotton bags. I guess the reality is that sometimes bigger really is better (or in logo tote bag talk, sometimes we like the commercial appeal of non-essential features).
Marketing Your Brand With Logo Tote Bags
Whether you consider them simple, fundamental, basic, or none of the above, logo tote bags are undeniably great promotional products to advertise any brand.
