This person will be a vital member of the Executive Team and be responsible for managing internal and external resources to help grow revenue through our e-commerce and traditional channels. Position Responsibilities (but not limited to):

·   Develop and implement both online and offline marketing strategy that integrates PPC, SEO, Google Shopping, e-commerce website enhancements, merchandising, brand management, email marketing automation, social/content and customer experience.

·   Develop, manage and implement both a short-term and long-term marketing plan and budget.

·   Work closely with senior management to establish key metrics and analyze results in terms of ROI and other key performance indicators.

·   Further develop, manage and expand our SEM activities with the end goal of driving down CPA and driving up organic traffic.

·   Utilize e-commerce best practices and an aggressive A/B testing schedule to recommend new features or enhancements and track the impact to order conversion and revenue.

·   Manage the merchandising team and industry vendors to select and position products on our website that drive more sales.

·   Expand and improve our marketing automation and e-mail program, direct mail, sponsorship opportunities, catalog development.

·   Develop a strong social and content marketing discipline that positions Pinnacle as a thought leader and trusted source for information, solutions and products relating to promotional items.

·   Analyze marketing program results to gain insight into successes, failures and performance trends; react to opportunities and make appropriate recommendations and course adjustments.

·   Direct and conduct regular competitor analysis to determine best practices for pricing and merchandising.

·   Effectively manage and enhance sales presentations, RFP process and all other company-wide communications.

·   Collaborate with Creative Director and other departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects, website improvements and other sales-related activities.

·   Perform audits of all external resources and maintain or transition as needed.

Professional & Personal Qualifications:

·  Minimum of a BA or BS Degree; MBA or other advanced degree a strong plus.

·  10-15 years of marketing experience with a minimum of 5 years e-commerce experience.

·  Demonstrated knowledge of web-based technologies, PPC, SEO, social/content marketing, analytics, ROI analysis, branding, marketing automation, e-mail and direct mail. 

·  Strong leadership and strategic vision with the demonstrated ability to teach, motivate, and deliver a high level of creativity that continues to build our brand, promote our products and generate additional revenue.

·  Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
