Position Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Manage entire inside sales cycle of a web-based team, including overall revenue, daily lead flow, training and mentoring account managers and account coordinators
  • Develop, grow and utilize the unique talents of a highly motivated and competitive sales staff in a positive, entrepreneurial work environment
  • Define key metrics for operational processes to increase sales and understand market trends

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • A minimum of 10+ years sales experience, formal sales training a plus
  • A minimum of 5+ years as a leader in a large sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and expand a sales team
  • Solid understanding of best practices associated with PPC & SEO.
  • Strong analytics background; proven ability to create, analyze and communicate data and performance metrics
  • Extensive CRM experience, specifically in Salesforce

  • Collaborate closely with the Merchandising Manager to help research, price and select various apparel and promotional items
  • Negotiate pricing with vendors and create special pricing and sale opportunities through solid vendor relationships

  • Manage 360 degree photography process including management of the photographer, scheduling, editing and timely updating of assets on our website

  • Develop and manage a testing roadmap to improve usability within key areas of our site, with an end goal of optimizing the sales funnel for first-time buyers
  • Determine data needs and create reports to monitor key metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, including key findings and recommendations for improvement; develop key metrics including traffic, leads, orders, revenue and other relevant consumer behavior derived from analytics

  • Manage external agency and internal resources to conduct regular usability tests, and quickly implement winning designs and/or funnel improvements
