The quality of these mugs exceeded my expectations. We ordered these mugs with a black outside and a cobalt blue interior. Our logo was printed in orange on the outside. All the mugs arrived in perfect condition - nothing was broken or cracked. These will be a great give away for our trade shows. The only thing to be aware of is that the black exterior is more of a matte finish than a glossy finish, but I don't think that is a problem at all. I highly recommend Pinnacle Promotions. They always deliver high quality and superior customer service.

Pleased with the look, but either the ceramic is cracking on the inside or was scratched from dishwasher after first washing. Still waiting to see if anything happens to the outside matte black from dishwashing.
