This was an easy process from getting the quote, to layout, to emailing the art work, to proofing, to getting the product EXACTLY when they said I would...all the while keeping me informed of the process and offering "hand holding" if necessary...which it wasn't, because like I said...it was EASY! Printing quality was excellent, Sticky note paper is good however, the notes are really sticky when you try to pull them apart then they wont stick to anything else very well. Notes curl after you pull them as well. OK product to give out as a freebie.
