3-Star Rating Color Charge for 2nd & 3rd imprint color

Although I certainly understand a cost associated with additional colors, the price of our ordered doubled as a result. Also, the imprint did not seem to be re-sized after we had to select a larger bag. Thus the image was not in proportion with the size of the bag. Overall, however, I enjoyed working with Jennifer Weber and John Bartz. They were very helpful in dealing with a very tight timeline. My ratings for this order will impact future business orders.
