For logos, special type or specific layout requests: $60. In addition, there is a separate $60 set-up charge on Classic, Gold, Premium, Platinum or Cord Webbing for non-standard background colors.

There is a $60 set-up charge for all Elite, Elite+(Plus), Elite2(Squared) products when proper templates are submitted with properly formatted artwork.
