National Letter Writing Week occurs the second week of January every year. This year, pick up your pen or pencil and drop an old friend a line. Due to the prevalence of cell phones and e-mail, handwritten letters, or "snail mail," have become old-fashioned and passe. But the personal touch that comes with a handwritten message cannot be replaced by any other communication method. Finding a letter or postcard from a friend in the mailbox always brings with it an emotion of excitement.
Consider distributing promotional Executive Pens to your employees and/or valued customers as part of a campaign related to National Letter Writing Week. This obscure nationally recognized event is distinctive, and end users of the Promotional Pens will most likely remember the holiday, as well as the name of your company, because of the creativity with which you approached this particular giveaway.
