Promotional Items for Kwanzaa

« All Events
Thursday, December 26th, 2013 thru Wednesday, January 1st, 2014

The melting pot of religions and ethnicities around the world makes it difficult to customize promotional products during the holiday season. However, just being mindful of the traditions and history related to each specific holiday can show customers and employees that you have taken the time to become informed about their backgrounds.

Kwanzaa is an African American holiday celebrated from December 26th to January 1st each year, predominantly in the United States, to honor African heritage. It was created by Ron Karenga in 1966 as part of the black nationalist movement that occurred in that decade, and the name of the holiday stems from the Swahili phrase “matunda ya kwanza,” or “first fruits.” Activities associated with the week-long celebration include lighting a kinara, or candle holder, pouring traditional libations, and exchanging gifts. A concluding feast is also customary.

This Kwanzaa show your customers and employees that you care about their traditions by presenting them with a gift that they can enjoy throughout the rest of the year.  Honor their firmly rooted values and rituals by sharing promotional products with them during this special season. Promotional items that are sure to generate excitement when they are unwrapped include practical daily planners for the next calendar year or gift sets specifically for executives.
