Promotional Items for Rosh Hashanah
Wednesday, September 4th, 2013
The melting pot of ethnicities and backgrounds of people around the world make it difficult to customize promotional products on the basis of religion. However, just being mindful of the traditions and history related to each specific holiday can show customers and employees that you have taken the time to become informed about their backgrounds.
Rosh Hashanah is the first day of the Jewish New Year. Like many people who use their calendar New Year to make “resolutions” for a better year ahead, the Jewish New Year is also a time for introspection, repenting for mistakes made throughout the past year, and planning for changes to make in the coming one. Rosh Hashanah observances include the sounding of the shofar – a trumpet made from a ram’s horn – which represents the call to repentance, and eating a piece of apple dipped in honey which represents the wish for a “sweet” new year. Why not show your employees and customers that you wish them a sweet new year with a customized gift basket filled with a selection of sweets?!
