Black History Month Parade Atlanta

Black History Month Parade

Parade begins at the corner of Auburn Ave, NE and Peachtree Center Ave, NE. Saturday, 2:00 p.m. Free.

Come celebrate Black History Month with the largest celebration in North America. The Black History Month Parade will begin in the Sweet Auburn/MLK district of Atlanta and celebrate the culture, heritage, history and accomplishments of African-Americans throughout the world. This event will feature marching bands, entertainers, non-profits and more. Bring the whole family to this fun and educational event.

Adopt A Golden's Golden Gala

Adopt a Golden Atlanta’s Golden Gala

Murer Mason Fine Art Gallery. Saturday, 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. $100.

Adopt a Golden Atlanta, an organization that rescues homeless Golden Retrievers, is holding it’s 4th Annual Golden Gala. This “casual” cocktail attire event features food, music by Centennial Jazz Trio and a silent auction, all to raise money for rescued Golden Retrievers.

Buckhead Restaurant Week

Buckhead Restaurant Week

Various restaurants in Buckhead. Saturday through Sunday, March 4th. $25-$35.

Over 30 Buckhead restaurants will be participating in the 3rd annual Buckhead Restaurant Week. Come try upscale favorites like Kyma, The Palm and Ruth’s Chris or newer restaurants such as Market and Latitude for a fraction of the price. Each restaurant will offer a 3-course meal for $25 or $35 per person (depending on the restaurant) in addition to their regular menus. Check out their special menus online.
