Red Bull Soap Box Derby

Red Bull Soapbox Race

Piedmont Park on 10th Street. Saturday, pits open at 10:00 a.m.; First race at 12:00 p.m. Free.

If you’ve never been to a soapbox race before, you must attend this event. With 36 teams and a great course on 10th street, attending this event is the best way to spend your Saturday. Okay, my opinion. But really, this race is fun. If that hasn’t convinced you, I’ll bet you’ll find some free samples of Red Bull floating around as well.
