We've ordered this particular pen for ourselves and for some of our clients before, and this review isn't so much for the pen (great quality + value) as it is about the nightmare my order turned out to be... After receiving several wrong proofs, we finalized our design with a customer service rep and were ready to receive our order. We ended up receiving the entirely wrong order the first time, and the second time, the printed information was entirely different from the proof. Yes the order was corrected and reprinted for free, and we appreciate that. Unfortunately no compensation for the reputation damage done to our business after we we excitedly opened the order and had the wrong pen color, trim color, imprint colors, and most incredibly, the wrong design. To say we are disappointed with Pinnacle is probably an understatement. This one order has led us to look for other vendors, nobody to blame but yourselves.

We ordered these pens with a white barrel and navy blue imprinting and trimming. They turned out great! The imprinting was perfect and the pens are high quality. I think there were only about 3 out of 300 pens that were deffective. The production and shipping time was quick too! So glad we used Pinnacle Promotions for this event!

We liked the Clic Stic pink pens trimmed in white with the black letter imprinting. We were dissappointed that we requested fine point pens and received medium point pens. Due to the time frame we could not send the pens back and have our order corrected. The product and quality were fine.....just the wrong ink cartridges.
