Orioles and Baltimore

One of baseball's legends, Babe Ruth was born in Downtown Baltimore, so it's no doubt that residents love the sport of baseball and support their local baseball team, the Baltimore Orioles. Oriole Park is a state-of the-art facility in Downtown Baltimore that opened on April 6, 1992. It was a much-anticipated opening day after 33 months of construction on what was Camden Yards. Fans have been coming from all over town from Towson, Catonsville, and Glen Burnie wearing their team apparel to show their support. Orioles fans can purchase fan gear at the stadium or online at the official shop.
