Products for Hot Weather Races

If you live anywhere on the East Coast, especially the Southeast as we do, there’s no doubt that you’ve seen an influx of pictures of car thermometers on your friends Facebook pages showing the temperatures soaring above 100 degrees. We’ve even put one on our Facebook page here at Pinnacle, though it seems that 102 was not much to brag about compared to other cities.

However, 102 degrees is no joke when you’re outside competing in a 6.2 mile road race and that’s what 60,000 people intend to do this Independence Day as they participate in the Peachtree Road Race, one of the world’s largest 10Ks.

The Olympics: Associating a Memory with a Tangible Product

There’s something great about years ending in an even number. No, it’s not because I have some form of OCD; it’s because those years are Olympic years! Though it’s still a month away, I have to say, I’m pretty excited about the London Olympics.

This is me as a mascot. It kind of looks like me, if I was blue and had one eye. Oh and if I played tennis. The tennis part might be more of a stretch than anything, really.

Keep Your Ice Cream Under Lock and Key

When it comes to my favorite dessert, I have to say that I prefer ice-cream over anything else. Cookies, cakes, pies, sure they’re good, but I can take them or leave them. But ice cream, well that’s a totally different thing. That’s why, when I first saw that Ben & Jerry’s was selling an ice-cream lock, I thought it was a brilliant idea!
