The Etch-a-Sketch® and the Rubik’s Cube® were, and still are, two of my favorite, if frustrating, childhood toys. My artistic abilities never took me beyond the very square (avant-garde architecture at it’s finest I should argue!) basics, and my Rubik’s Cubes ended up with suspicious sticker rearrangement- I was able to play with these simple toys for hours. So it’s with some childish delight that I feature the Etch-a-Sketch Keychain and Rubik’s Mini Twist-a-Snake.

Let me tell you from personal experience that the Rubik’s Mini Twist-a-Snake is one addicting little desk toy. As I was helping film the product video for it, I couldn’t stop twisting it around in funny shapes after we were done. It stayed in my hand for the majority of the day! A fun and smaller alternative to the Rubik’s Cube, it’s a great alternative to a traditional stress reliever.
I’ve mention before that one of the coolest things to me about promotional products is their abilities to grow up with us, but still reflect the kid in all of us while having a purpose for our adult everyday lives. From an umbrella that lights up Jedi style to an updated version of the traditional lunch box, and now even the toys we grew up with, promotional products have proven they can be a little more personal and long-lasting than a flyer or pen. Indulge the little kid in all of us with any one of these toys!
